Last in-person show for the Holiday Shopping Season. If you love unique, distinctive gifts, clothing and home decor – this is one of the premier shows in the Dallas area. Come early, the lines start forming at 8 a.m. I’ll be in the Cafeteria. Mention this post and receive a free gift. Can’t wait to see your smiling face!
Jesuit College Preparatory School, 12345 Inwood Road, Dallas 75224.
The Holiday Shopping Season is off to a rousing success. I say “Holiday” because I don’t want to ignore Thanksgiving – and jump to Christmas! Many items of this year’s bazaar are very suitable for Thanksgiving also. Think hostess gifts to let your host/hostess know how much you appreciate the time, effort and of course the delicious food and drinks they’ve prepared for you. We all know how much it takes to successfully pull off even the smallest of entertaining events.
May I suggest the trio of our Grab-n-Go Holiday Gift Set. It contains one bar each of Holiday Magic, Cashmere and Cinnamint Soaps. Holiday Magic is a deliciously scented bar made with real pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices. Cashmere is our soft and sexy scent that you may be tempted to keep for yourself. It’s one of our top sellers across all of our channels: online, Whole Foods Markets and in-person shows. Cinnamint is a warm, invigorating and spicy scent which is a favorite for everyone from cooks to marathon runners. Definitely one of my favorites to warm “all” the senses on a “cold” night!
At this show there will also be a variety of clothing, jewelry, home decor items, and even some fun gifts for men and children. On of my favorites from last year was a back scratcher made from a golf club and golf tees. The Mister really did enjoy it and he still uses it. He’s even saved a few of his old clubs to donate to the gentle who makes the back scratchers! So, as you can imagine, there’s something for everyone at this show. Come find me and mention this post and receive a free gift!
Looking forward to seeing your smiling face at the bazaar.
We’re so excited to be participating this year. The address is 4900 Walnut Hill Lane, Dallas, TX 75229. Come find us in booth 509. Mention this post and receive a free gift. Happy shopping!

The Community Market Festival is part of an inaugural event sponsored by The Dallas Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The theme for the Expo is This is Your Life: Healthy, Wealthy & Wise. The expo will include our two signature programs: Teen Town Hall Summit will offer educational seminars for children and parents, and Community Market Festival will allow business owners to offer a wide array of products and services to the community. This year we are expanding our scope to include a health fair. In addition, a Health Fair will include health care vendors who will offer resource information or services to help improve the community health from head to toe. For more information, click here.

Clark Atlanta University is the Tom Joyner Foundation’s August 2014 ‘School of the Month’. The foundation, formed by the nationally syndicated radio personality, chose Clark Atlanta, as part of its on-going effort to assist these institutions in broadening and strengthening their efforts to raise money to help keep students attending HBCUs.
As one of the Tom Joyner Foundation ‘Schools of the Month’, each school will be promoted by the Tom Joyner Morning Show and receive those funds raised from listeners, alumni and other interested parties that month. The show, aired in 115 markets around the country, reaches nearly eight million listeners every week.
As a proud 1979 graduate of Clark College with degree in Business, my matriculation there set the stage for the wide range of experiences and success that I have had over the past 35 years. One of them is my entrepreneurial ventures. My company, Rbellah LLC is partnering with the Tom Joyner Foundation to raise funds to support students much like myself all those years ago. We are a natural bath, beauty and wellness company, specializing in handcrafted products that are nourishing, pampering and protective for the skin. If you would like to experience our products for the first time or take the opportunity to restock your supply, we are offering a 25% discount (in celebration of CAU 25th Anniversary) on all ONLINE products for the ENTIRE MONTH of AUGUST. Use the code CAUTJF2014 in your shopping cart here. Your savings will be MATCHED dollar for dollar and contributed to the Tom Joyner Foundation for a 100% pass-through in our national fundraising campaign.
It is a marvelous opportunity to be honored as the representative for the Dallas Fort Worth Chapter. I have a long history with the chapter, including being the first president of the chapter when it was organized in 1988. Now as a Lifetime Member of the Clark Atlanta University Alumni Association, Inc. I am proud to be able to be a supporter to champion the continuing success of the university, my community and society at large. CAU combined mottoes are just as pertinent today as they were 25 years ago: “Culture for Service” and “I’ll find a way or make one!”
We are pleased to have the guidance and support of Dr. Dennis Kimbro, a current CAU faculty member in the School of Business. He is also the best-selling author of five books, writing partner and master trainer for the prestigious Napoleon Hill Foundation. He is a recipient of the Dale Carnegie Personal Achievement award. Dr. Kimbro recorded this radio spot in support of our national campaign, “Opportunity Starts At Home.” For more about Dr. Kimbro visit his website here.
